These Subscription Terms are an integral part of our [Terms of Service](/legal/terms-of-service) and govern your subscription to FoodPerfect.ai. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
1. Subscription Plans and Credits1.1 Available PlansFoodPerfect.ai offers the following subscription options:

Free Trial / Demo Credits: Limited credits for new users to experience the Service

Monthly Subscription: Credits allocated on a monthly basis

Annual Subscription: Credits allocated for a 12-month period with discounted pricing
Current pricing and credit allocations are displayed on our website at [foodperfect.ai/pricing](https://foodperfect.ai/pricing).
1.2 Credit System- Credits are consumed when you submit generation requests
- Different features may consume different amounts of credits (displayed before each generation)

Credits are consumed upon request submission, regardless of output quality (see Section 5 below)
- Credit balances and usage history are visible in your account dashboard
1.3 Credit Expiration-
Monthly subscriptions: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over

Annual subscriptions: Unused credits expire at the end of the annual period

Purchased credit packs: Expire 12 months from purchase date unless otherwise specified
2. Pricing and Payment2.1 Payment ProcessorAll payments are securely processed by
Paddle (paddle.com). We do not directly store or process your payment card information.
2.2 CurrencyPrices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) or your local currency as supported by Paddle. The final charge will be in the currency displayed at checkout.
2.3 TaxesDisplayed prices may not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Any applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
2.4 Price ChangesWe reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least
30 days' advance notice of any price changes. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to the new pricing:
- You must cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of already-paid periods
3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL — IMPORTANT NOTICE⚠️
READ CAREFULLYYOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually)
UNLESS YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE CURRENT PERIOD ENDS.By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for:
- The subscription fee for the next billing period
- Any applicable taxes
- Any price adjustments communicated in accordance with Section 2.4
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for monitoring your subscription status and managing renewals.4. How to Cancel Your Subscription4.1 Cancellation MethodsYou can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Paddle Customer Portal: Access the cancellation link provided in your subscription confirmation email

Email Request: Contact billing@foodperfect.ai with your account email and cancellation request
4.2 Effect of CancellationUpon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period
- You retain access to all premium features until that date
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends

Unused credits at the end of the period are forfeited- Your account will revert to free/limited status after the paid period ends
4.3 No Partial Refunds for CancellationCanceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a partial refund of the current billing period. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.
5. CREDIT CONSUMPTION ACKNOWLEDGMENT⚠️
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTANDBy subscribing to FoodPerfect.ai, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
5.1 Credits Consumed Upon RequestCredits are deducted from your balance when you submit a generation request, not when you receive a result to your satisfaction.
5.2 No Guarantee of Satisfactory ResultsAI-generated content is inherently variable. We cannot and do not guarantee that:
- Every generation will meet your expectations
- Results will be suitable for your intended purpose
- AI models will interpret your inputs as you intend
- Generated content will be free of artifacts or imperfections
5.3 Failed Generations Consume CreditsYou acknowledge that:

Generation requests may fail or produce unsatisfactory results-
Such failures still consume credits because computational resources are expended
- This is standard for AI generation services industry-wide

You accept this risk as part of using the Service5.4 No Refunds for Unsatisfactory GenerationsWe do not provide refunds, credits, or compensation for:- Generations that do not meet your subjective expectations
- AI model limitations or interpretive differences
- User errors in prompts, settings, or inputs
- Normal variation in AI output quality
5.5 ExceptionsWe may, at our sole discretion, provide credit restoration for:
- Technical failures attributable to our infrastructure (not AI model behavior)
- Service outages that prevented request completion
- Verified bugs in our platform

6. Refund Policy6.1 14-Day Right of WithdrawalYou have the statutory right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason.
6.2 Exception for Digital Content (Usage of Credits)IMPORTANT: By using the Service (consuming credits) within the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that
you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully or partially performed.Therefore:

If you have NOT used any credits: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days.

If you HAVE consumed credits: You have waived your right of withdrawal, and no refund will be issued.
6.3 How to Request a RefundEmail billing@foodperfect.ai with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant transaction details
We will respond within 5 business days.
6.4 Abuse of Refund PolicyWe reserve the right to decline future service to anyone who abuses the refund policy. If we detect a pattern of abuse (e.g., subscribing, consuming all credits, and requesting a refund), we will issue the refund as required by law/policy but will permanently ban the account and any future associated accounts from using the Service.
6.5 Refund ProcessingApproved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
7. Account Suspension and Termination7.1 SuspensionWe may suspend your account and subscription access if:
- Payment fails or is disputed
- You violate our Terms of Service
- We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Required for maintenance or security
7.2 ReinstatementSuspended accounts may be reinstated upon resolution of the issue. Contact support@foodperfect.ai for assistance.
7.3 TerminationWe may terminate your subscription without refund if you:
- Violate our Terms of Service
- Engage in fraud or abuse
- Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions or free trials
8. Free Trial and Promotional Offers8.1 Free Trial- New users may receive limited free credits or a trial period

One free trial per user: Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited
- We may require payment information to start a trial
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
8.2 Promotions- Promotional pricing applies only as explicitly stated
- Promotions cannot be combined unless specified
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time
9. Modification of Subscription TermsWe may modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Changes that materially affect your rights will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via:
- Email to your registered account
- Notification within the Service
- Updated terms on our website
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
