5.3 Credit Consumption and Failed Generations

3. We do not offer refunds for generations that do not meet your expectations, as computational resources are expended for each request
4. This risk allocation is standard industry practice for AI generation services and is reflected in our pricing

By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for this consumption model and agree that unsatisfactory results do not constitute a breach of these Terms or grounds for refund.

5.4 User Responsibility
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for:
- Evaluating the suitability of Generated Content for your purposes
- Verifying accuracy of any text, logos, or specific details in generated images
- Ensuring Generated Content complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Editing or refining Generated Content as needed before commercial use

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

7. Payment and Credits

7.3 Payment Processing

7.4 Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal
- 14-Day Right of Withdral: You have a statutory right to cancel your initial subscription within 14 days for a full refund.
- Exception forsage: By consuming credits (using the digital service) during this 14-day period, you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right of whdrawal, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
- After 14 Days /fter Usage: Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failures attributable to our Service (at our discretion).

1. Subscription Plans and Credits

1.1 Available Plans
FoodPerfect.ai offers the following subscription options:
- Free Trial / Demo Credits: Limited credits for new users to experience the Service
- Monthly Subscription: Credits allocated on a monthly basis
- Annual Subscription: Credits allocated for a 12-month period with discounted pricing

1.2 Credit System
- Credits are consumed when you submit generation requests
- Different features may consume different amounts of credits (displayed before each generation)

1.3 Credit Expiration
- Monthly subscriptions: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over
- Annual subscriptions: Unused credits expire at the end of the annual period

2. Pricing and Payment

All payments are securely processed by Paddle (paddle.com). We do not directly store or process your payment card information.

2.2 Currency

4.3 No Partial Refunds for Cancellation
Canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a partial refund of the current billing period. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.


5. CREDIT CONSUMPTION ACKNOWLEDGMENT

5.1 Credits Consumed Upon Request
Credits are deducted from your balance when you submit a generation request, not when you receive a result to your satisfaction.

5.2 No Guarantee of Satisfactory Results
AI-generated content is inherently variable. We cannot and do not guarantee that:
- Every generation will meet your expectations
- Results will be suitable for your intended purpose
- AI models will interpret your inputs as you intend
- Generated content will be free of artifacts or imperfections

5.3 Failed Generations Consume Credits
You acknowledge that:
- Generation requests may fail or produce unsatisfactory results
- Such failures still consume credits because computational resources are expended
- This is standard for AI generation services industry-wide
- You accept this risk as part of using the Service

5.4 No Refunds for Unsatisfactory Generations
We do not provide refunds, credits, or compensation for:
- Generations that do not meet your subjective expectations
- AI model limitations or interpretive differences
- User errors in prompts, settings, or inputs
- Normal variation in AI output quality

5.5 Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, provide credit restoration for:
- Technical failures attributable to our infrastructure (not AI model behavior)
- Service outages that prevented request completion

6. Refund Policy

6.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

IMPORTANT: By using the Service (consuming credits) within the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully or partially performed.

- If you have NOT used any credits: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days.
- If you HAVE consumed credits: You have waived your right of withdrawal, and no refund will be issued.
